Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability.
6. Delivery of Images
Edited photographs are typically delivered within the timeframe outlined in your agreement.
Delivery times may vary during peak wedding seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Wedding Photography Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a personal license to download, print, and share their images for non-commercial use.
Images may not be sold, edited, or used commercially without written permission.
8. Portfolio and Marketing
With your permission, we may display selected images on our website, portfolio, blog, or social media channels.
If you prefer your images to remain private, please notify us in writing before or after your wedding.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your photographs and provide exceptional service, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, or technical failures.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked photography services where permitted by law.
